The questions were asked to a panel of industry insiders at the SemTech 2008 conference. Panelists include Amanda Reed (Palomar Ventures), Eghosa Omoigui (Intel), and Stephen Hall (Vulcan Capital). This information can be very useful if you're looking to start a business within the Semantic Web industry.

The concept of a semantic web is both inspiring and also somewhat worrysome to me. I haven't quite decided whether it's another step towards a "big brother" society or a technological eutopia. I guess it all depends on how we use it. Thanks for the link James, very interesting stuff.
